برنامج COSMOS هو برنامج متكامل يربط العديد من الجوانب ببعضها لخدمة المستفيدين منه. فهو يسعى من ناحية إلى معالجة التفاوت بين النساء والرجال في بيئة العمل، بينما يقوم في الوقت ذاته بإكساب النساء مهارات قيّمة في متطلبات سوق العمل والوعي الرقمي.
وفي هذا السياق، يتماشى المشروع مع عدد من الأولويات الشاملة والأولويات المحددة إقليمياً للدعوة الحالية.
COSMOS is a program that connects many dots for its beneficiaries. For one, it comes to address the disparity between women and men in the workplace while also teaching women valuable market and digital literacy skills.
In this sense, the project aligns with a number of overarching and region-specific priorities for the current call.
